Our ADA Superior Double Room offers two bed configurations (1 King bed or 2 Twin beds), view of Saints Peter and Paul Church and Washington Square. The private bath features a large marble shower and adheres to all the ADA requirements. ADA features: * Toilet with grab bars and a minimum clearance of 60” from the wall adjacent to the toilet to any obstruction and 48” in front of the toilet. * Sink with a minimum width of the knee and toe clearance of 30”. Plumbing wrapped with insulation. * Mirror, towels and blow dryer are mounted no higher than 40” above the floor. * Lavatory hardware is accessible and does not require twisting and grasping to operate. * Standard roll-in shower with grab bars, foldable seat and a hand-held detachable spray unit.

Our Junior Suites feature a King bed, sitting area with views of Saints Peter and Paul Church, and Washington Square. A flat panel television, CD alarm clock radio, and a private bath.

These Queen Rooms offer a Queen sized bed with a private external bathroom, located across the hallway.

This is a 'petite' room, not recommended for large people. It features a Twin sized bed and private bath (shower only) detached from toilet and sink. Bay windows with partial view of the Coit Tower & the St. Peter and Paul Church. Approx. Room dimensions: 11’8 X 10’4

Our Superior King Rooms feature a King sized bed, a sitting area, a fireplace, a private bath, inner light well view. Approx. room dimensions: 18 X 11
